Roof Repair & Replacement Guidelines | Mailboxes
Contact a certified Roofing Company for an inspection of your roof. If your roof needs extensive repair or replacement, call & notify your insurance company.
Have an Adjustor schedule an inspection date with Roof Company Representative. Before any external modifications are made, which materially changes the exterior appearance of your home, you must submit plans & specifications via the TOHOA ARC Modification Approval Form (available in the Association Document section of this website) to the ARC for approval.
Per the TOHOA ARC Design Review Manual; Design Standards: any changes or additions to any structure, the shingles must match the shingles of the existing house in both quality and color. The ARC has agreed upgrading to an Architectural style shingle vs 3 Tab shingle currently used is acceptable, however, the shingle color must be uniform in color to existing (see below for approved shingle type & color).
TOHOA Approved Shingle Manufacturer, Color, & Style:
Manufacturer: GAF-ELK Timberline (High Definition)
Color: Weathered Wood
Style: Architectural Laminated Shingle-30 yr (upgrade to current roof shingle)
Manufacturer: GAF-ELK Sovereign
Color: Weathered Gray
Style: 3-Tab Asphalt Shingle – 25 yr (similar to current roof shingle)

New Mailboxes (Installed Summer 2008)
Due to the number of problems with the mailboxes and the inability to replace mailbox parts without buying a whole new one, we are currently looking into approving alternate mailboxes that will fit in with the overall look of the community. Updates soon to come.
The mailboxes we currently have were installed by Global Home Products. They should be contacted directly should you have any issues or wish a replacement through them.
