NEIGHBORHOOD ALERTS
Coyotes
Several coyote sightings have occurred in and around our neighborhood. Coyotes are natural predators of our area and are relatively harmless, however as their natural habitat shrinks, coyotes are forced to enter human-occupied areas in search of food. Please keep an eye on your pets to avoid any harm to them.
Safety
Please be sure to lock your car and home doors and windows at all times. As an additional precaution, we encourage homeowners to leave outdoor lighting on overnight.
Report any suspicious activity to the local Gwinnett County Police Department (non-emergency) 770-513-5100. In case of an emergency, call 911.
Street Parking
Be respectful of your neighbors and park all vehicles in your garage or driveway. Please avoid parking cars on the street for long periods of time. This causes congestion for adjacent homeowners and creates a safety hazard should an ambulance or fire truck need to get through quickly. Should you need to leave a vehicle on the street, please try to park on the same side if others are already parked there.
Dog Waste
Please be respectful of your neighbors and our community and pick up after your pet.
Speeding
Please watch your speed when driving into the neighborhood. Kids are playing; neighbors are walking. The posted speed limit is 25 mph.
Home Improvements
Please note that while improvements and additions to your property are always welcome, there are some very specific covenants, rules, and regulations that may govern your work. The first step is always to consult the Covenants and the ARC Design Manual (both found on this website on the Association page) to see if your project will need approval from the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) before you begin.
Neighborhood Improvements
Thank you to those that made changes or enhancements to your property that help keep it well within compliance of the covenants. These items help define our neighborhood and allow it to grow in appreciation through increased property values.
