ARC responsibilities include:
- Monthly neighborhood walk-thrus
- Notifications to homeowners with infractions
- Follow-up letters to homeowners not complying with infraction request(s)
- Assure any installation, construction or alteration of any Structure on any Lot shall be submitted to the ARC for approval
- Assure the proposed installation, construction or alteration is in conformity and harmony of external design and general quality with the Community Wide Standards
- Establish guidelines with respect to the approval and disapproval of design features, architectural styles, exterior colors and materials, details of construction, location and size of Structures
- Modification Approval Form is completed & signed with appropriate plans, materials, color types, etc. & issue “Certification of Approval”
