May my guests park at the pool lot?
Residents are welcome to use the pool parking lot for overflow parking **with advance notice to the board.** Please complete this request form anytime you or a guest will be parking there for more than four hours or if you will have multiple guests parking there for any duration. Unknown vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Who do I contact for street light issues / power outages?

Are there any restrictions to what color I paint my house?
Yes. Per the ARC Design Review Manual:
1) The painting trim color of your house and any other structure on your property must be uniform.
2) The exterior colors for all structures in the neighborhood must come from the existing color palate in current use throughout the neighborhood.
3) All colors used for the exterior surfaces of all structures on any given lot must be a pleasing combination.
Please refer to the ARC Design Review Manual on this website if you have questions about these guidelines. Here is the modification request form that must be submitted in advance of your project.
We're thinking about adding a sunroom or screened porch. Do the covenants have any restrictions on this?
Yes. Before any structure is commenced, erected, placed, moved onto or permitted to remain on any lot or altered in any way which materially changes the exterior appearance of the structure or lot, final building plans and specifications need to be submitted to and approved in writing by the TOHOA Architectural Review Committee.
